I ordered BT Mobile 12GB Extra Speed Plan through Quidco - cashback offer of £70 was tracked by Quidco but has since been declined. The reason stated was "we think this may be because the retailer has told us you may have cancelled or returned your order." I did not cancel this order I just ported my number over.

Sorry about how long this has taken to get sorted.
We have now advised Quidco that the credit needs to be applied to your Quidco account. The credit will show on your Quidco account within the next 30 days.
