Quidco cashback in limbo

Hi there,

 

I joined BT broadband/bt sport at the end of May via Quidco. They initially missed the cashback tracking so I got them to manually do it.

But on my Quidco account it says:

"Good news, your claim has been approved. Your cashback will be available as soon as it's confirmed by the retailer."

It's been like this since 4th Aug.

What do I need to do to make sure this hasn't fallen through the cracks?

I can provide VOL order number and Quidco refs as needed.
