Quidco cashback not tracked

Hi,
I decided to get my broadband with BT through quidco at the end of January. I always use the app, I made sure I had no ad block or anything activated and made my purchase correctly. It’s 28th of april now, my service is running since a couple of months ago and my cashback is not even tracked. What can be the problem?

I'm sorry to hear that it hasn't tracked yet. If you haven't already, you'll need to contact Quidco to find out what the reason is. You can use the below link to get more information about it:
