Quidco cashback

Hi i took out a broadband fibre package through quidco. This entitled me to £130 cashback. Due to bt error my inital order was cancelled by BT and manually replaced by them. The cashback did track but it now declined. Quidco tell me they cant help. Is there anyway i can contact someone to assist me with this? Thank you

I'll send you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team and we'll raise this with our partner promotions team who can work with quidco to get that resolved.

@Lukesmummy1988  I called there but missed you, our partner promotions team have contacted Quidco and authorised your payment, it will be paid into your Quidco account in 30 days.
