Quidco claim can't find order number

I have the same issue. I have followed the steps but still no AJM or BTC number seen. The account number on my BT log in shows as “GB202*****”. Where else can we find the AJM or BTC number?

Re: Quidco claim

Did you ever find your AJM or BTC number? I’m having the same issue.

Re: Quidco claim

Hi @SLGreen94,

I've moved your post onto your own thread. The AJM or BTC order number should have been confirmed to you by email or letter when you placed your order.

If you still are unable to get that order number, I'll be able to take look at this for you. You can send me in your details using the "Contact The Mods" link found in my profile.

Thanks

PaddyB

Re: Quidco claim can't find order number

@SLGreen94 I called there but missed you, I wanted to advise that the order placed does not have the codes you've mentioned which may suggest that the order has not tracked from Quidco to BT.com but I can't be sure at the moment so I have raised a case with our cashback team to get this investigated further and as soon as I have an update I'll get back in touch with you.

Re: Quidco claim can't find order number

Hi,

Thanks for looking into this. Quidco should be aware that the order didn't track, which is exactly why they are asking me to manually provide the AJM or BTC number. If it had tracked, then there would be no need for me to provide the number so it seems like we're going round in circles...

I look forward to hearing from you. Please can I kindly ask that I have a response before 1st June, as I have been given 14 days to respond to Quidco, after which my claim will be closed.

Many thanks
