Quidco claim rejected

Hi, after waiting until December my cashback just got declined by BT. No reason has been given to quidco yet. I have tried live chat on 3 separate occasions and noone has seemingly ever heard of quidco on that. If anyone could point me in the best direction I would appreciate it. Thanks

Hi @Laurawilson6,

My colleague in the Promotions Team have got back to me. The cashback payment has been authorised at BT's end and you should receive the payment into your quidco account in the next 30 days.
