I have been a customer for a couple of months now.
I signed up to BT compared to Virgin as they had faster paying cashback on quidco.
Since then I was promised payment for 27th april. Now it is delayed with quidco stating they are waiting on BT.
I am finding this very frustrating as I have done my bit and dont see any reasonable reason for delay.
Can someone please help.
Hi, my order has been installed and is up and running for almost 2 months now.
I cant find an order number when I log onto mybt.
Would it be easier for me to PM you my details if that is possible?

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
That order prefix is correct, as far as I am aware.
