REWARD CARD NOT ARRIVED

I filled in the claim form for my reward on 14\09\17 and the tracker said it would arrive in 21 days.

 

Contacted  the rewards chase up people today and received an unsatisfactory response, saying it was on its way and would arrive in 25-30 days. 

 

That would suggest a dispatch time of almost 2 months which is unreasonable and further the response seems pretty generic so I don’t have much faith that it will actually deliver my reward card without further chasing up.

And the addition of the reward was a big factor in signing up with BT so feeling disappointed with the promises. 

Can anyone from BT help here.

It arrived today the 11\10\17
