Joined BT 2 monthes ago and now randomly billed £107 without notice and I have unlimited data and calls are never made or recieved.
The app says ive been billed £26 but my bank account says £107

Sorry to hear that you may have been billed incorrectly. When you look at your bank statement does the last 8 digits of the Direct Debit reference number match the last 8 digits of your BT account number?

Sounds like a second account was opened, did you have any issues when your order was being placed?
I could be wrong and it could be something else but we will need to take a look into this one to get to the bottom of the issue. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team.
