hi

Been really let down by BT

Arranged a house move on the 4th of november for a move in date of the 1st to a different dial area

called mid november to checka all was ok and told yes

 

1st december comes - nothing

called 2nd and was told no new number has benn issued so had to wait til the 5th an then call to expedite the broadband

 

waited til the 5th and called to expedite they said would be 24/48 hours

called on the 6th for an update was left on hold then a manager came on and said they would call when their express team gives them an update

 

just called on the 7th to say had no call - now been told there is no record of me calling from the 2nd

 

so over a week and im still left in the lurch - ive had to get a 4gee osprey to fill the gap which isnt cheap

 

any point complaining and asking for compensation or will i get the same service as when your trying to setup a new one - useless
