I have been waiting since I contacted you in November. December 28th was my first recorded order. I still don’t have broadband.
CEO Complaints officer guaranteed I would be connected today. She said it could take until midnight tonight but that only gives you 2 hours... it doesn’t seem likely to happen. They told me that the work was done at the exchange today. Any way that someone will take any notice of this message and just connect me on the software side in less than 2 minutes or anyone on this forum know if there’s something I can do? Thanks Simon
