Hi, I am also having problems regarding Amazon Prime. I joined BT on the 23rd January after a salesman phoned and offered me a good deal PLUS Amazon prime. BT are now telling me that no deals were being offered at that time yet I have the T&C's stating that the deal was running at that time. I have set up an incident with BT and after an initial email back they have ignored me. I hope that somebody on here can help.

Please leave this with me, I have taken over your complaint and contacted the relevant team to find out what is happening with this.
