Iv received my bt reward card done everything asked to do on the pure card website keeps saying code been sent via email but nothing there checked trash, junk, spam but nothing can you help sort this with me
This has nothing to do with the Free Gift, just a reward card issue.
Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache in your browser settings then enter the code again?
If that doesn't work you can email pure card on email@example.com and they will respond, or to speak to pure card customer service call 0344 800 6435 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Choose Option 2 then ignore the messages twice and the call will be diverted to an advisor.
