Re: BT ID and Account not linked

I seem to have 3 accounts registered to my email which I can toggle via the website but going through the ap doesn’t give me the same option. I have raised this to the sales team when chasing up my order but no one seems to help.

I moved your post as previous thread was old and marked solved

Try phoning CS 03301234150 and they should be able to remove the old account numbers for you
