Linking BT ID to an account

I have a BT ID which gives info on one account.
That account was merged with another (by BT).
I believe I need to "add an account" in order to see my more recent bills.
To add the account I need the account number, which I have, and a recent bill reference.
How do I find the reference without seeing the bill??
I have the account number, but not a bill reference.

What's the procedure?

Hi @chrispellett,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting.

Normally you just need the account number and landline number to add an account to a BTID. Can you try using the landline number as the bill ref?
