I am having the same issue. Many promises of emails sent to the rewards dept. I remain awaiting any contact from the rewards team, and my account still says that there are no rewards on my account.

I have a screenshot of the BT page with the reward, from the day that I signed up.

Please could you help me too?

I'm sorry you haven't received the reward card yet. Can you just confirm when the order was placed and when the service was activated.

if you wait on the mods they should be able to help you  but can you also please confirm the order & activation dates as well

Thanks for replying.

Ordered on 30th May, and installation and activation on 16th June.

I have been trying for 6 weeks to get my £100 reward Visa card. I don’t have long left to claim it...

Thanks for your post and welcome back!

Sorry that you're waiting so long to receive the £100 reward card.  Due to the time this has been going on, we can pick this up and check what's causing the hold up.
