same things just happened to me , didn,t know until 2 days ago spoke to bt they said we,ll sort it wait 24hrs for it to be cancelled and we will contact you to confirm.
heard nothing after 48hrs so rang again tonight after 30 mins waiting for someone to answer only for them to say they are still looking into it !
I have asked mods to see if they can help you. They will post here and then just follow contact us link and complete and send form
