Re: BT website "launching something new"...

BT has failed to offer me the service I was promised for the past 10 months, I have spent over 15 hours talking to them about the errors and still I go online and am unable to use the MY BT page and cannot check my bill.

BT is an utter shambles of a company

@dan65 sorry about that, the website was temporarily down for maintenance. Have you been able to gain access to your MyBT account?
