I think the order is sent to the BT Shop, 14 days after your order closes. It is then dispatched within 30 days. So it depends on when your order closed.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Welcome to the community and thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't received your Ring Doorbell that was part of your offer for signing up to BT. The information @Keith_Beddoe has posted is corrected. The order for the doorbell is placed 14 days after the order has completed and once the order has been placed it can take up to 30 days to arrive.
