Re: Broadband activation - no internet and phone dead.

My activation date was yesterday and when it got to midnight for today it told me I had to contact them to ‘confirm details’ yet I can’t get through on the phone and they didn’t activate my supply as promised

As far as I’m aware what I was previously supplied is still active but my activation date for bt was yesterday but it tells me it can’t progress as expected to contact you but there’s no one on the phone lines so how am I suppose to contact anyone

the phone lines are very busy it's not that there is nobody there.  sorry but you just need to keep trying

And yet this is where I continually get diverted to by bt via their app because they say the phone lines are busy how utterly pointless and a waste of my time
