Upgraded due to go live 20th sept got texts to say engineer was out and everything should be up and running now which it isnt nothing works at all just constant flashing orange light the thing is everything was fine until i upgraded

Have a dial tone also but when try to ring phone it rings once then cuts off

have you tried connecting to test socket with a filter and see if phone works and if not report fault to 151   if it does work in test socket then check broadband by connecting router to filter still using test socket

Hi @Bluecoopy79 As you have reported the fault already have you given a date for an engineer visit or is the fault external?

Engineer just been nothing wrong with anything apart from not having the correct equipment etc which iv argued with six different indians about

You should have a BT Home hub 5, or home hub 6.
