Hi, I have the exact same problem. Seemingly successfully requested the M&S card on 10/03 and still not received. I get no option to claim the Rewards Card when I log into the rewards site, so called BT on 16/03 and they said the rewards team would be in touch, but they haven't at all, and I dont have the time to sit 2 hours with the phone on hold with billing team to be told the same thing. Please can you help me out too?
