Hi @Meyrick I'm still waiting on a reply from the promotions team but a few of my other vouchers from around the same time have now arrived. I wanted to check if you have received yours yet?
The voucher has arrived today, I assume it is for the right value as there is nothing printed on the card itself, but the correct amount is mentioned in the accompanying letter. Thanks once again for all your help with this, I think this is the end of the road, so you may close our query.
