Hello im having the same problem. Had back and forth callas and emails woth BT who have said its not their responsibility to issue £80 reward card as i purchased via Uswitch. Uswitch have been helpful and said its not them and BT has to honor. My service  was connected February 6th so im past the cooling off period. Just annoyed that it seems no one is bothered to chase up.

There was no BT Reward card offered on that date, which is why you cannot claim.

  • From 31.01.20 until 06.02.20 new to BT customers are eligible for a £100 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited, Existing BT Broadband customers upgrading their BT broadband or those adding just BT TV are excluded.
  • From 10.01.20 until 16.01.20 new to BT customers are eligible for a £70 Reward Card when ordering a Superfast Fibre 2 Unlimited, and a £90 Reward Card when ordering an Ultrafast Fibre 100 or 250 Package. Existing BT Broadband customers upgrading their BT broadband or those adding just BT TV are excluded.

This  was purchased vis uswitch. Its a mastercard £80 reward card. This is the problem that BT keep telling me about as its done vis Uswitch its not your problem. I jave a screenshot of what i signed up to

This is only a customer to customer help forum, but I can ask someone from BT to help.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I'm sorry that you haven't received the £80 reward card you believe was included in the package you ordered.  As Keith has pointed out, there wasn't any offer running at the time but I understand that your order was placed via a third party site.

BT reviewed my order and after some intervention by Uswitch BT advised that I should have been awarded a reward card. As they had that promotion is Uswitch. It has now been resolved and my reward card dispatched. I knew it wasnt all on my head and im pleased its resloved. Others should push until they get reviewed properly instead of being pushed from one department to another. Thanks for your help
