I received the link by email and by message and the same thing happens to me, it just opens my bt and nothing else happens. I've tried to resolve it by phone and by email and one person sends it to another and they don't resolve it 😞

Last time was in 4 of June, by phone, chat and emails, but one person passed it on and no one resolved it in the end.
