Can you confirm what the name of the package you are on as shown in your MyBT.
Can you run this checker and post back a screen shot of the results. Make sure you delete your phone number before posting.

and use this speed tester then scroll down the page and carry out the further diagnostics and post back a screen shot of all the results including your IP profile for up and down. This test must be done with a wired connection.

If you have a Homehub 5 can you post the stats from 1-12 by logging onto the Homehub management pages then troubleshooting > helpdesk. http://bthomehub.home/

If you have the Smart Hub, (Homehub 6) can you go to hub manager then advanced then technical log and post the stats. http://bthomehub.home/
Has your BT fixed term contract finished and now in rolling monthly contract?

BT Unlimited /Fibre Broadband has been accepted to resolve ongoing problems with speed issues effecting my Broadband service.
I have it stated as my package on My BT .
I am not connected to Infinity Fibre and open reach engineers confirm this.I am told NO order from BT has been given to switch
from the old standard service
I am being put into a loop .. data is being collected by BT to my speeds which are to ADSL delivery .
3.13 Download - 0.86 upload
Complaint after complaint has been recorded any help gratefully accepted
My BT states the package that was accepted by me in January 2018 after my old unlimited broadband expired is ;Unlimited Infinity . Openreach engineers confirm imy line is NOT connected to fibre delivery on my line.BT has not placed a order to them to upgrade ???
