I would be very grateful if someone could help me to claim my Sainsburys gift card. I purchased BT Broadband & phone package online at the end of July. I have tried repeatedly to complete the form online, checking & rechecking my details as I enter them but I am permanently stuck on the page. A very nice lady spoke to me on the phone today, promising me she would sort it; she sent me an email which directed me to the same page, and guess what?.......same old problem. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!!!! I'll admit that the Sainsburys card was an attraction when I signed up but now I feel as if I've been taken for a ride. Hope someone can restore my faith.
