Re: Correcting incorrect home address in Openreach database

Hi I have the same problem, and I was told when moving into my current home last year that the problem was fixed. I’ve had no broadband connection for 3 weeks and have been on the phone to bt numerous times with 5/6 engineer faults reported and it is still unfixed. I was told last week that the problem was an incorrect address with Openreach, and they have my line registered to one of my neighbours. I hope someone can help fix this as it’s getting very frustrating.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Sorry for the mix up with your address details.  As long as your services are with BT we can help get this updated for you.  I'm sure the faults team have already sent it off to be corrected but send us over your details and we'll double check for you.
