My last phone bill has gone up to £42 84 per month which was a suprise to me I chatted to a bt rep online who told me that my contract had ended in Jnuary and my previous discount had ended !! I am very annoyed for two reasons 1. I wasnt aware the contract had ended as no one from BT had the courtesy of telling me as do other providers 2.at this new price. I am looking to other isp/phone providers for a cheaper/ better option as I cannot afford this price
Bt have little regard for me as a valued customer as proven by their lack of interest in my custom
