seems its a big con, I renewed my 18 month contact, however, the free doorbell never arrived as promised, will never trust BT again, they treat loyal customers like this.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
