Hi, I'm posting this on behalf of my elderly parents. They are wanting to cancel their broadband due to costs & the fact that they rarely use it & they don't think they need it. I'm pretty sure they'll be under contract but they're not sure.
I'm not a BT customer myself so I can't check out the private help pages above, but I'd appreciate any help on the matter of how to check if/when their contract expires.
