I have been trying since 9/9/16 to order BT TV but keep getting a message stating that there is a tecnical problem - error code CON - 0048.I keep being directed by BT to their sales and then to the Options team. They both tell me that the problem is at their end and it is with the Fibre Team as it seems that they have me down as only having single fibre broadband when they admit I have double - but they have a backlog of work. I don't think that this will be dealt with by BT for ages and having cancelled SKY in good time I now only have free to air TV. Does anyone know how I get round trhis problem. After all if Iwas a new to BT customer getting BT TV would be automatic.
