Hi, well I have had bt for 6 weeks had issues with them providing my TV then them charging me 3 times for connection, I have called 9 times been hung up on by one on the contact centres in India and still no further to getting a response from BT. I didn't have a lot of choice for my provider were I live but that's probably why their customer service is so disgusting. I have filled in the contact form 10 days ago no contact apart from me calling to chase it up to be hung up on I am at the end of my tether with your service and lack of consideration in answering and resolving my issues!!
