I am in the exact same boat. I was told it would be refunded, but 3 months later I'm still getting bills showing I'm in credit .

You will need to ring up and request it.
Normally it would have been paid back to you using the same method that you paid your bill. If that is no longer active, then you will have to request a cheque.
Thanks. Have been ringing for weeks and never get anywhere near the top of the queue. Was hoping there was another way to request final bill but if not will need to just keep on trying I guess
