Hi There

 

I now have the same issue. I canceled my broadband in Dec and no final bill. Cut off was 16th Jan but we are now 7 working days past the end of service and no final bill.
Can you help please?

I finally got it sorted by ringing and ringing one time was on the phone over an hour - I wish you all the luck in the world mate they are the worst company to deal with!

It should take seven working days. If its not been generated by the middle of next week, then please post back here.
