I too have not received an email with a voucher code. It's been 2 months since I signed up. How can I receive this please?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.

I've still heard nothing about what's going on about the missing voucher code for the XBox One. It's been 2 weeks since I last posted and 3 weeks since I raided this as an issue. Can anyone help please?
