Hi, I don't really want to start another new thread but I also haven't received nor heard anything about the free tablet offer, would you be able to help out?  My service was activated on 27/9, and I have received the gift card but haven't had an e-mail about claiming the tablet.  Thank you!

You need to wait 30 days after activation, which would be about the  27th October.

If you have not received the email by then, then please post back here.

Apologies, I thought it was 14 days.  That said, the 30 days has now come and gone and I've still not heard anything.
