No wifi / broadband last night. Did all the checks. Woke up now working and need to cancel the engineer visit. Instructions on bt do not work. Visit from 7-9 today and bt phones do not open in time?
What do i do to cancel the visit? Bt help on site useless if I can book the appointment why is there no option to cancel it?
Doesn't the email confirming the engineer appointment have a link to cancel ?
