Hi - I think I am coming to the end of the initial complete wifi term. I had issues with it clashing with sky q (we have a sky booster, sonos and a power line adapter running too) which, in the end, were resolved by disconnecting the complete wifi discs. How do I go about ceasing the contract, in these times when we are discouraged from calling in to the call centre?

Go onto BT's main website and go to Contact Us. There should be a live chat or an email you can rely your message too. You may have to wait until your yearly contract is finished, in which case you should get a message from BT.

Thanks Moe - I have tried livechat but it just redirects me to community. I'd like to renew sooner than later as i lose my broadband and bt mobile discounts. But really don't want to utilise the time of a call centre agent who has other people to help.

You need to ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 800 030, that number is for contract renewals only.
