Hi - I think I am coming to the end of the initial complete wifi term. I had issues with it clashing with sky q (we have a sky booster, sonos and a power line adapter running too) which, in the end, were resolved by disconnecting the complete wifi discs. How do I go about ceasing the contract, in these times when we are discouraged from calling in to the call centre?

Go onto BT's main website and go to Contact Us. There should be a live chat or an email you can rely your message too. You may have to wait until your yearly contract is finished, in which case you should get a message from BT.
