@RobbieMac I also have the same issue. Took out 3 100GB Sim only Family Plan sims on the 7th December and still haven't received an email regarding the speakers. An adviser on the phone said that as numbers were ported it would then be valid from the 4th of Feb. Now it's the 9th March and still no email or speakers. Can you please advise? Thanks. James

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
