M&S Voucher not arrived

As a new BT Broadband customer I received the £30 BT Reward Card but I am still waiting for the £80 M&S Vouchers. I filled out the online form a few weeks ago but as yet have not had a response.

I'm sorry you haven't received your M&S voucher as part of signing up to BT. What date did you place your order and when was the service activated?

Hi @Emildudek,

I gave your mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you.

I've had an update from the Promotions Team, they've checked the details of your order and haven't been able to locate a claim for the M&S voucher.

They've claimed the Voucher on your behalf and this should be with you in the next 45 days. 

The offer running at the time of your order being placed was for the £70 M&S voucher.
