This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT.

If you want to move your connection you will need to contact BT and arrange it.

Re: Moving home £130 charge!

Hi @morph808,

Are you looking to move your service from your last address to your new address? Or, are you looking to set up a new line for yourself at the address? If you are moving your service from your last property with BT to the new place can you follow @gg30340's advice please?

Please note; I removed your personal details from our site as this is a public forum that almost anyone in the world can access. It's also against our terms to post them.

Thanks
