Hi @RussK, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't view your bills online. I've moved your post to create your own thread as that's the best thing to do.
Here are a few things you can try:
Clear your cookies and cache
Try using a different internet browser
Check if you can view the bills on a different device
Post back and let us know how you get on.

Hi John,
I can view bills, but am unable to view or manage my products.
I have tried multiple browsers, the MyBT app, and different devices (iPad, iPhone and iMac) without success.
As per the other user post, my Account Number is not displayed in the top right of the screen.

Hi @RussK, thanks for the update and for checking that for me. Do you have an old account or another account on your BTID? If so is there a pick box beside where the account number should show to allow you to pick the account you want to look at?

Hi John,
No Accounts are listed. All that is displayed is the word “Account” with no associated drop down box.
Check out the screenshot supplied by the other user and you will see what I mean.
