Re: No returns bag

Hello,

I am having the same issue.

My father in law who has dementia was sold a broadband package that he did not need. BT sent out all the boxes for installation and the engineer has attended to set it all up and agreed that he has no equipment in his house that warrants him needing broad band - and has explained to my father in law that he would be paying for a service that he will not use. He then spoke to me over the phone to explain and again we all agreed that him having broadband is not necessary.

The engineer has now left and I am trying to find out how to return these boxes. I have tried to follow the instructions online that explain how to return, however he does not have a printer for the lable or a smart phone to produce a QR code. and I cannot find the 'View details' under 'Please return your equipment' section on MY BT.

He has 2 boxes aprox. 17'' long and 4 smaller boxes around 10'' in length.

Please could you arrange for some returns bags to be sent to him.

Thank you.
