Hello @JohnC2 

I am having the exact same issue with returning my equipment.

I am getting emails to return the equipment but I have not received a returns bag. When I log into MyBt there is no link for "Please return your equipment"

Can you advise how I can proceed please?

Thanks for taking the time to contact us.

As I confirmed with you, I have ordered a free of charge returns kit which will be with you on Wednesday.

I am sorry that this didn't go out automatically for you but I'm glad that it's all sorted now.
