I've waited over 30 days and still not received the email - 27/07/19 is when I took out the contract. Not impressed. I knew I should have left BT and not been suckered into a new contract.

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I'm sorry that you haven't received the email with the code to claim for your free gift.  I realise it has been over 30 days and you haven't heard anything.

Hi @SuzanneGambrill  thanks for sending over your details. I can see that you had already been in contact via social media and Lizzie in that team has arranged for your free gift and it will be with you within the next 28 days.
