I've waited over 30 days and still not received the email - 27/07/19 is when I took out the contract. Not impressed. I knew I should have left BT and not been suckered into a new contract.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I'm sorry that you haven't received the email with the code to claim for your free gift. I realise it has been over 30 days and you haven't heard anything.
