I signed up back in June and I'm still waiting for an email code! Been through the online chat twice and have been promised an email twice, but still nothing! Can someone help me please?
Did you apply for your broadband service online, or over the phone?
Was a reward card also offered, and did you apply and receive it?
What was the date you placed the order, and what date was your service activated?

An xbox was not included.
It was applied for over the phone I think, after seeing the online deal. The chap on the phone promised the gift several times and was the clincher of the deal. The online chat operatives have confirmed I'm elegible. No, a gift card was not part of my deal.
Order placed June 8th
Broadband went live July 1st
Landline went live August 2nd (finally)
Normally only online orders are eligible, however if you were promised over the phone (calls are recorded), then that will need to be looked at.

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Replied to your PM, thanks. Sorry for the confusion, I originally replied to another similar thread where an Xbox was being discussed, but my message was split into its own thread. There wasn't an Xbox available to be, only a smart speaker, headphones, and a Samsung tablet.
