Same here broadband activated on 2nd November had an email on 29th October saying it’s almost time for my free Fitbit. 14 days have passed no email received. Seems to be a common occurrence.

I have also not received my code for the Fitbit. I called up around a week ago and was told I would get this emailed to me but still have not received this. My account was activated on 12th November
