Got the same problem! My bill is now unmanageable and there is no way to address it online despite the messages when you try to ring in. Sky don't increase their charges when you go out of contract.....

Just a quick update -my patience paid off and my call was eventually answered. Spoke to someone in billing first who went through the options to change my package, who then transferred me to the retention team who carried out the upgrade (I wanted to ditch BT Sport and upgrade the Broadband package). Very helpful couple of guys who didn't make me feel rushed or infer that my call was not important. Whole thing including waiting for the call to be answered was just over 90 minuted and I have a flattened ear from holding the phone to it but got the result I wanted!
