We are having a problem today by being asked for a password to enable discussion about our account.We've never had a password been with BT for years?Is this something new and if so how do you get your password when nobody will talk to you about it ....MADDENING!!!🙄

are you able to use MYBT app and login?
Its not that WE can't login we can but when you speak to BT its then that they start asking for this "password" so infuriating we were speaking to them all this week no problem!!!
Hi @rRoo02, if your BT account has been password protected and you can't provide it we, unfortunately, are unable to enter into a conversation or provide you information that we have in your BT account. This is done to ensure we are protecting your personal data and adhering to data protection rules and it can't be bypassed. Did the advisor you were speaking with to make arrangements for a password reminder to be posted out?
